The following are the definitions used in the OKVISION Subscription Terms and Conditions.

• "Customer" is an individual who has an activated OKVISION Decoder and has a Package.
• "Activation" is an activity where OKVISION activates the customer's Decoder so that it can receive OKVISION broadcasts.
• "Activation" is an activity where OKVISION activates the customer's Decoder so that it can receive OKVISION broadcasts.
• "Free To View Channel" is a channel that customers will continue to be able to enjoy from the moment of activation based on OKVISION's policy.
• "Termination of Shows" is an activity where OKVISION decides to terminate OKVISION shows received by customers.
• "Decoder" is a tool for receiving OKVISION broadcasts via satellite which is equipped with a CAS Number and STB Number.
• "Installation Address" is the address where the Decoder is installed.
• "Dealer" is a place where customers can buy decoder and satellite dishes.
• "Package" is a paid broadcast package selected by the customer.
• "CAS Number" is the Decoder Identity Number used to access OKVISION broadcasts.
• "Parabole" is a dish antenna, pole and leg as well as an LNB which functions to capture and transmit signals from the satellite to the decoder.
• "LNB" is Low Noise Block which functions to capture signals from the dish antenna to amplify and lower the frequency and then channel it to the decoder.
• "EPG (Electronic Program Guide)" is a display of television channel program schedules on OKVISION for today and next.

1. OKVISION will activate the Decoder after OKVISION receives customer data via the activation service application prepared by OKVISION.
2. Customers will get free viewing access for several Free To View channels.
3. Providing viewing bonuses and promotional programs is entirely based on OKVISION's policy.

1. Unless otherwise specified, Customers must pay a subscription fee to OKVISION, according to the type of Package taken by the customer
2. Payment of subscription fees uses vouchers which can be obtained at places determined by OKVISION.
3. OKVISION has the right to set prices in accordance with OKVISION policies, such as:
   • Pricing based on region
   • Determining prices based on equipment completeness.
4. Packages with active periods of 7 days, 15 days, 30 days and up to 180 days (6 months) or 360 days (12 months) as offered by OKVISION

1. OKVISION may at any time change the content, quantity or material and impressions provided as well as all technical aspects used to transmit these broadcasts. Such changes will not affect subscription fees unless OKVISION states otherwise.
2. OKVISION is not responsible for disruptions that occur in the customer reception system.

1. To purchase OKVISION, you can contact the nearest dealer who provides OKVISION decoders and satellite parabole.
2. Apart from going through dealers, customers can also place orders through digital channels, and which will later be followed up by OKVISION dealers
3. For installation or repairs, please contact the nearest dealer or the initial dealer for installation.

1. OKVISION does not provide program guide magazines (TV Guide) to customers.
2. Customers can use EPG as a program schedule guide for all channels on OKVISION.

1. Customers are prohibited from:
   • Charging other people to enjoy OKVISION shows.
   • Provide or rebroadcast in any way to other parties.
   • Plagiarize and/or duplicate in any form all OKVISION broadcasts.
   • Using any form of display (logo, trade marks) for personal interests or any other party.
   • Use OKVISION services with any other party to enjoy OKVISION outside the territory of Malaysia.
   • Providing services to hotels or other commercial places without OKVISION's permission.
2. Customers are not permitted to distribute or expand OKVISION shows themselves.

1. Provide and notify OKVISION if there is a change in customer data (name, address, telephone number and other data).
2. Notify OKVISION if a transfer occurs to another party.

1. OKVISION has the right to decide on Package Broadcasts if misuse of the broadcast card occurs.
2. If a violation occurs in accordance with point 7.1. letters a) to f) and 7.2. above, the customer will be subject to a fine of RM 15.000
3. If a customer violates OKVISION regulations, OKVISION or the authorities have the right to terminate broadcasts at the customer's home.
4. From time to time OKVISION may carry out inspections or examinations of the Decoder at the customer's address.
5. OKVISION has the right to temporarily disconnect broadcasts due to violations of points 9.1 and 9.2, to reactivate customers must confirm with OKVISION.

1. OKVISION will disconnect the Package if:
   • OKVISION notices that customers have violated OKVISION's subscription terms and conditions.
   • The decoder is lost or stolen.
2. OKVISION will reactivate Event Packages that have been turned off if the above matters have been resolved.
3. Customers do not receive a replacement or refund as long as service is stopped due to customer error.
4. OKVISION cannot refund Package fees that have been paid by the customer if there is a termination due to the customer's fault or at the customer's request before the subscription is due.

This provision and its terms constitute an agreement between the customer and OKVISION, where the customer is prohibited from transferring his rights under this agreement. This agreement also applies to the OKVISION Decoder and the channels and programs included within.

OKVISION is exempt from all claims if there is damage to equipment or satellite support systems and/or satellites and others which are beyond its ability to prevent and overcome, so that broadcasts cannot be enjoyed in part/entirely, temporarily or permanently by Customers, including but not limited to regulations of government, natural disasters such as floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, fires, wars, riots.
